She believes in the power of authentic connection and is dedicated to helping people grow, heal, and thrive.

Allie specializes in supporting young adults as they navigate the often overwhelming transitions of early adulthood. This season of life can bring questions around identity, relationships, career direction, family dynamics, and mental health. Allie offers a grounded, nonjudgmental space where young adults can explore who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

With over 20 years of experience, Satwinder has worked with individuals, couples, and families across a variety of settings, and has spent more than a decade mentoring emerging clinicians. Her practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and gender-affirming practices. Selda Durak, ACSW
