Resources and Support

This page offers trusted tools, readings, and referrals to support your mental health journey—whether you're in therapy or simply looking for guidance. You'll find recommended books, crisis support contacts, self-help tools, and other resources we believe can be genuinely helpful. These are not a substitute for therapy, but they can complement the work you're doing and offer support between sessions.

Please note: The resources listed here are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis or need immediate support, please call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line), or go to your nearest emergency room.
