Allie is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the founder of Bay Tree Therapy Group. She is passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space where both clients and clinicians feel safe, valued, and empowered. Allie brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work, drawing on clinical experience to support individuals through life’s challenges. She believes in the power of authentic connection and is dedicated to helping people grow, heal, and thrive.
Allie specializes in supporting young adults as they navigate the often overwhelming transitions of early adulthood. This season of life can bring questions around identity, relationships, career direction, family dynamics, and mental health. Allie offers a grounded, nonjudgmental space where young adults can explore who they are, what they want, and how to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Her approach is both direct and kind—providing honest reflections and thoughtful guidance while holding space with warmth and compassion. Allie believes in speaking truth in a way that feels supportive, not harsh, helping clients build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and deepen their sense of self. Whether you're feeling stuck, anxious, lost, or simply in need of support, she meets you where you are and walks alongside you as you find your way.
Allie earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she developed a strong foundation in relational, culturally responsive, and strengths-based approaches to therapy.
