Winter Brown, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #157105
Winter is a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist who brings embodied presence and a grounded approach into her work. Her goal is to co-create a space that honors both a client’s past and present, while supporting them in moving toward the vibrant future they envision. She takes an integrative approach, blending practical tools with creative practices to encourage personal growth and open new possibilities.
Winter holds an M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (San Francisco, CA), completed in 2025. Her graduate training, steeped in a holistic, mind–body–spirit framework, complements her nearly two decades of experience in healthcare and wellness, including in persistent pain and dizziness education. This rich background informs her therapeutic approach, where she integrates a deep understanding of neuroscience, somatics, and mind–body practices with therapeutic modalities such as attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy.
