Licensed Mental Health Counselor #61228774

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I bring a direct yet compassionate presence to the therapeutic space. I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—one grounded in honesty, dignity, and mutual respect. My approach balances deep validation and understanding with practical tools for growth, using evidence-based modalities to help clients move toward their goals.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to truly listening—to understand, not just to respond. I specialize in working with adolescents and their families, while also supporting adults and older adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. I have particular experience helping teens manage anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and interpersonal struggles, and I aim to bring a calm, steady presence to what can often feel overwhelming.

My clinical work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I also integrate elements of Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed CBT. My experience spans hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), residential treatment, and community mental health, where I’ve provided both individual and group support.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College and my master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Assumption University, where I developed a strong foundation in research-based best practices. I’m deeply committed to helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change—one conversation at a time.
