Daniela Williams, AMFT, APCC
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #162134
Associate Professional Clinical Counselor #22280
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, and I bring a warm, collaborative, and empathetic presence to therapy. I believe that while life’s challenges can’t always be removed, you can build the confidence, resilience, and tools to navigate them in a way that feels more grounded and manageable. My approach blends genuine validation with practical strategies that help you reconnect with your strengths and your sense of self-worth. I also offer therapy fully bilingually in both English and Spanish.
As a first-generation clinician raised in a multicultural home, I’m deeply committed to creating a culturally responsive, safe, and nonjudgmental space. I understand how complex it can feel to navigate multiple cultural identities, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel seen, heard, and understood in all parts of who they are. I work with adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples.
I have specialized experience supporting survivors of trauma and sexual violence, and I recognize the courage it takes to talk about painful experiences. I work to move at a pace that feels safe, collaborative, and empowering for each person. I’m also passionate about supporting men in breaking down the stigma around seeking therapy, helping them build confidence and feel more comfortable expressing themselves authentically.
My clinical approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. For clients who want to integrate their faith into therapy, I also offer Christian counseling.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Southern University. My goal is to support you in building resilience, gaining clarity, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your life.
