Sydney Soleta, AMFT

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #161428

Sydney brings a warm, grounded, and authentic presence to her work. She earned her Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University and has experience supporting adults, couples, families, and children in both school and clinical settings. Sydney has worked with clients navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

Sydney believes that meaningful change begins in a safe, supportive relationship. She strives to meet clients exactly where they are, honoring each person’s innate capacity for growth and healing. With curiosity and compassion, she helps clients explore how past experiences may shape present patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. Together, they work to increase insight, process difficult emotions, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.

Her approach is holistic and integrative. Sydney practices from an Emotion-Focused and Person-Centered foundation while thoughtfully incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to meet each client’s unique needs. She also integrates mindfulness-based strategies to support emotion regulation and deepen awareness of the connection between mind and body.

Sydney is deeply committed to cultural humility and creating a space that feels collaborative, affirming, and safe. She values authenticity and self-compassion, and she works alongside clients at a pace that feels respectful and empowering as they move toward meaningful, lasting change.
