Paige Anderson, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #137954
Paige is an associate marriage and family therapist who brings a gentle, attuned approach to her work with clients. She meets people where they are - whether they are navigating grief, relationship challenges, or a sense of disconnection from themselves - and offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore what’s present beneath the surface. Paige supports clients in developing new ways of coping and understanding themselves, gently guiding them toward greater insight and more intentional patterns of living.
Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities depending on what feels most supportive in the moment. Paige incorporates somatic practices to help clients tune into the physical and emotional cues that may have been overlooked or dismissed. She believes the body holds essential wisdom, and that by reconnecting with that inner awareness, meaningful healing and transformation can unfold.
Paige earned her master’s degree in counseling psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is currently earning hours toward licensure under clinical supervision. She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their journey toward growth and self-discovery.
