Grace is an associate marriage and family therapist and an associate professional clinical counselor who approaches therapy with warmth, authenticity, and curiosity. Grace strongly believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for reflection, growth, and change. Clients working with Grace will find a safe and supportive space to explore their inner world and develop a clear sense of self.

Grace has primarily worked with children and families in social services agencies and school-based mental health systems. Her experience includes individual, family, and group therapy using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. Grace actively incorporates mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and a variety of play-based modalities. She is experienced with trauma and stress disorders, anxiety and depression, as well as grief and relational challenges.

Grace earned her bachelor’s in psychology from Loyola Marymount University and earned her master’s in counseling from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she developed a deep commitment to multicultural practices and social justice.
