Ashley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who takes a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach centered on helping clients build a healthy, trusting, and sustainable relationship with food. She meets clients where they are, helping them sort through confusing and often overwhelming nutrition messages. Ashley focuses on small, sustainable shifts that promote long-term well-being, and she creates a calm, collaborative space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, with an emphasis on honoring each client’s unique lived experience. Her goal is to help clients build the knowledge and confidence they need to feel grounded and at peace in their choices around food.
Ashley works with adolescents and adults and has experience supporting a wide range of nutrition concerns. Her specialties include disordered eating, sports nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and sustainable behavior change. She brings a holistic and evidence-based lens to her work, tailoring care to each client’s needs while honoring the emotional, physiological, and behavioral aspects of their relationship with food.
Ashley earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Chapman University before completing her Master’s in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics at the University of California, Berkeley. She trained through a clinically focused dietetic internship with UCSF Health and gained additional experience in sports nutrition with UC Berkeley Athletics. Outside of her clinical work, Ashley has a background in dance and has taught group fitness for several years, which informs her understanding of movement, performance, and whole-person wellness.
